It’s hard to ever take this conference seriously again. How could they possibly let this happen? How did they not review the goal until half an hour after the game, well after the trophy was awarded and fans had left? This clusterF ruined a great championship game and a pretty good re-inaugural year for the league. We’ll be talking about this for years.

And in the end it didn't matter as the Mavs made it official. Heck of a way to end a season.

Just watched on Flo. The two replays they showed during the handshake line, high behind the net and overhead, both show the puck going in from outside the post. NCAA had to breathe a sigh of relief when Mankato won. Can you imagine what would have happened if Bemidji won and bumped Northeastern from the tournament? From what I've read the restart apparently violated some NCAA rules.

College hockey needs to invest in net cameras going forward so something like this is permanently avoided in the future.
