Let's take it away on a new JUCO offer. Achor Achor an Australia out of Chipola College. Listed at 6'9" 222 and a SG. Really seems more like a PF. Averaged 8.4 as a Frosh with 5.5 rebounds a game. Chipola's site shows that occurred on only 8 minutes a game but that reporting is fraught with errors as they show Achor playing 1 minute in each of 9 games yet throwing up 42 shots. Maybe he really is a shooting, shooting guard. Other offers show the mid major likes of Samford, Bradley, NC A&T, UIC, McNeese, and Bryant.

Emoni Bates has entered the transfer protocol. Can you imagine what madness would ensue if he came to BG?

Why, ESPN and SI might even notice we exist!

Just waiting for him to end up at Toledo. It will break the MAC.

1. Tobe Awaka-6-8 Offered 6-28-21
2. Brian Moore 6-3 180 Offered 10-20-21: Recent offers from West Virginia and South Carolina
3. Jason Drake 6-2 Offered 6-19-21
4. Jonathan Mbogo 6-8 Offered 10-19-21
5. Keyshawn Hall 6-7 Offered 7-15-21: Recent offers from Missouri, Washington St, Arizona St, St Mary's
6. Aaron Lemon-Warren 6-5 Offered 7-18-19
7. Clayton Southwick 6-7 Offered 4-6-22

Probably just Mbogo and Southwick as realistic additions. I would be very excited about Mbogo and not so excited about Southwick
Jonathan Mogbo headed to Missouri State.

What's your take on the rotation looking like right now, Globe? I think Agee and Lightfoot are top 6 guys with Felt being a potential redshirt.

That makes Mills, Metheny and Lightfoot as PGs
Fulcher, Curtis at SG
Turner and Agee (?) at SF
and Etim, O'Neal and Felt as PF/C

I'd have to guess a starting 5 of Lightfoot, Curtis, Fulcher, Turner & Agee. Pretty small but fine in the MAC. Only wildcard is if Etim improved a lot in the offseason. I think O'Neal will probably play more, but Mills/Metheny will be the main guys off the bench. It looks like a fine team on paper, but we all know who is coaching.

I don't really buy the lightfoot hype.

I think this is the best lineup
Metheny 5-11 Jr/So 6.2p 2.8a 21.6(3%) 24.7m Lightfoot 6-0 R
Fulcher 6-2 Jr/So 5p 3.6r 36.6(3%) 18.4m Mills 6-3 Jr 4.4p 21.9(3%) 20.9m
Curtis 6-4 SR 9.5p 3r 3.1a 33(3%) 22.5m
Turner 6-7 Sr/Jr 6.6p 3.6r 37.5(3%) 17.8m Felt 6-9 R
Agee 6-8 Jr/So 20.1pg 11,5rpg 35(3%) O'Neal 6-7 SR 3.5p 9.5m Etim 6-9 Fr

I think they will start Mills though.

I need some gumshoes.

Felt reportedly captained and averaged 21 pts a game for Our Saviour Lutheran this year. I can find their games on youtube.....he is nowhere to be found.

Maybe he had a prep year and didn't actually play that year?

There are a few on YouTube. Here are a couple. I like his activity and quick hops, but he needs refinement and a shot.

Love the highlight here at 48 seconds: https://youtu.be/_KF-1G5JVYI

This is more recent and he’s clearly bulked up a bit. Could see him having a Richaun Holmes effect on defense, eventually. https://youtube.com/shorts/RdDwwkXpEcE?feature=share

Lemon-Warren who we have been reported on for three years committed to Delaware State. Of the remaining offers the only one I could see BG signing is Southwick who has no other reported offers. If Matiss is truly gone, we have two openings. Knowing Huger he likely will only fill one of these if that and likely go with another transfer.

Honestly, I'd be fine going with a project or two at this point. We have enough bodies to have a solid rotation, so why not take a flyer on someone who has the bones but needs some refining? (Yes, I know who is on our staff. I'm just saying what *I* would like to see)

Why on earth would Felt be a potential redshirt? He looks like a shot blocking, rebounding machine. Plus, we only have 11 scholarship commitments to date.

According to Verbal Commits, JoJo Fulcher is no longer on the roster.
