"Decent" OOC to me immediately gets dismissed with Southern Indiana.

Absolutely ZERO reason to play this game. Yes, Wright State and St Bonaventure have been very solid teams in the last 2-3 years and obviously everyone's head turns at ND, but ND has largely been a middling power program for the bulk of the last decade despite last year's tourney run.

It seems a couple of people missed that I specifically was pointing out the AWAY slate of OOC games. The home games do and will suck. That's just what happens. I was just acknowledging that the away games look fun.

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

Until we fill the Stroh for something other than graduation I don’t think the department will work very hard to get D1 opponents at home OOC.

Unfortunate we can’t get the good midmajors to exchange home games consistently plus bulk up money games on road. Most schools seem to have 2-4 away big name games not just 1

Of course the department won't work hard for home games. Bill Frack wanted his money to be used to buy home games. Instead, it's been used to buy equipment & gear, a nearly impossible recruiting budget, and two contract extensions for a coach who has Bowling Green closer to Northern Illinois than Kent St. The last thing this department will do is work hard to improve the basketball program.

My first reaction was that the MAC needs a sixth men's soccer school, and that possibly this was part of a strategy to bring them into the fold and pry them away from a newly-announced men's soccer affiliation with the Summit. But it probably comes down to a paucity of home games for Bowling Green. (There may be other fish in the sea for MAC men's soccer.)

Ryan Rollins drafted by the Golden State Warriors last night. I'll be rooting for him to do well to showcase the MAC in general. You can also root against him as he's from UT. Your call :)

Emoni Bates has transferred from Memphis to Eastern Michigan.

Yes, you read that right.

Eastern Michigan
The NCAA needs to outlaw re-classifying. Kid was clearly not ready for college ball and no one wants him

With Moose being slow walked out the door...did that decision prevent Huger from being fired?

I think paying out the coach is what keeps him employed. I will be hoping for a great year from football.
