This is why offensive failure is imminent. His system blows. Period.

Re: 2022 Season
It's interesting to see them having us beat Miami but not Kent State. I think a stronger offensive line could change the dynamic enough that we have a shot against Miami. But I have a tough time predicting that win given how badly they blew us out last season.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Thu Jul 28, 2022 9:39 am CFN gives a prediction of every MAC school games and final season standings.

Kent State, on the other hand? We were in that game all the way last year. To get them at home this time? I feel better about that one.

Re: 2022 Season
Just an FYI but spoke to someone in the athletic department today and the public scrimmage and season ticket luncheon is tenatively scheduled for Saturday, August 13th. Probably some communication going out this week. I know some of us are eager to see the newer guys on the field.

Re: 2022 Season
Colin Cowherd ranked UCLA at #6 going into the season. Now he's known for making some batty predictions in his rankings- Georgia is not in the top 10, Nebraska is 8 and Louisville is 9 - but still that is interesting.

Re: 2022 Season
I enjoy Cowherd’s schtick because he liked to needle Baker Mayfield and it got to Browns fans (Steelers fan here, in for some pain this fall!) but he’s incredibly biased towards LA teams. So I don’t take much from that - he doesn’t even really watch or talk much about college sports.

Re: 2022 Season
Over on ESPN+, Bill Connelly's final preseason SP+ national rankings are out. They weigh returning production, recent recruiting and recent results to arrive at a single point. We rank next to last in the conference and 114th in the country out of 131 schools. Only Akron at 127 is worse. Toledo leads the conference at #62.
I assume SL will have conniptions when he sees that

I wish they’d announce the time for the Mississippi game. I’m going go if it’s not an early kick.
