I talked a lot of smack for 2 quarters. And sat on my hands for the other 2 quarters and pretended to be deaf.

My realistic prediction is 45-17 UCLA and my homer prediction is 24-21 bg. I think it will be close 17-10 at halftime before ucla hangs 21 in the third quarter

Bg ticket guy said they sold 750 tickets so should be a decent showing

Glad to hear someone will be in attendance! I can't imagine there will be much of a BG showing outide of player parents and local alumni, but here's hoping it's a fun game to attend! Enjoy the Rose Bowl.
I'll be there. I'm looking forward to seeing our BG warriors playing in one of the great stadiums of American football.

It's going to be frightfully hot, though. My goodness.

Sweet SF! We are going to Germany in late October so I had to save funds for that trip. It is tough not going to the Rose Bowl as I always wanted to go to a game there. Bring back a Dub, will ya?

It was amazing how fast that game changed....first half was awesome. 2nd half sucked canal water.

Hey, if they could beat Minnesota as a 31-point underdog, who knows, right?

Enjoy Germany, man! There is a lot to see and do over there.

Please, please don’t let this be true. If so, that would mean we’ve lost our leading rusher (Stewart) and leading receiver (Osborne led in receptions by a mile) this week alone.

Mums the word from my contact so can't provide any additional info. Seems like the staff is cracking down on things getting out this season. It would be a loss but with the addition of Lewis and Hilaire there is at least some depth. Guys like Croom would be in line to have an increased role.

UCLA's defense has a lot of respect for Matt McDonald's ability to extend plays: https://www.si.com/college/ucla/.amp/fo ... ce-8-31-22
