Re: @UCLA (9/3)
My realistic prediction is 45-17 UCLA and my homer prediction is 24-21 bg. I think it will be close 17-10 at halftime before ucla hangs 21 in the third quarter
Bg ticket guy said they sold 750 tickets so should be a decent showing

I'll be there. I'm looking forward to seeing our BG warriors playing in one of the great stadiums of American football.mbenecke wrote: ↑Wed Aug 31, 2022 11:02 amGlad to hear someone will be in attendance! I can't imagine there will be much of a BG showing outide of player parents and local alumni, but here's hoping it's a fun game to attend! Enjoy the Rose Bowl.roguewarrior wrote: ↑Wed Aug 31, 2022 10:50 am I’ll be there, sweatin to the oldies. I’ll try to report in if my phone works in the stadium.
It's going to be frightfully hot, though. My goodness.

Sweet SF! We are going to Germany in late October so I had to save funds for that trip. It is tough not going to the Rose Bowl as I always wanted to go to a game there. Bring back a Dub, will ya?Schadenfreude wrote: ↑Wed Aug 31, 2022 8:47 pmI'll be there. Hey, if they could beat Minnesota as a 31-point underdog, who knows, right?Falconfreak90 wrote: ↑Wed Aug 31, 2022 9:03 pmSweet SF! The BG ticket knew how many tickets they sold? Wow!

Re: @UCLA (9/3)
Please, please don’t let this be true. If so, that would mean we’ve lost our leading rusher (Stewart) and leading receiver (Osborne led in receptions by a mile) this week alone.
GO BG!!!

Re: @UCLA (9/3)
Mums the word from my contact so can't provide any additional info. Seems like the staff is cracking down on things getting out this season. It would be a loss but with the addition of Lewis and Hilaire there is at least some depth. Guys like Croom would be in line to have an increased role.

UCLA's defense has a lot of respect for Matt McDonald's ability to extend plays: https://www.si.com/college/ucla/.amp/fo ... ce-8-31-22
