Can someone explain how a team gets beat 41-19 and remains the #1 team in the country? I don't know the first thing about rugby but would sure like to understand this.

Ohio State is Division I-A. We are Division I-AA. The difference is I-A is scholarship players whereas I-AA are non-scholarship (ours is a club team).

This post got delayed ..........BGSU Rugby swept Ohio State last weekend 27-3 and 20-19. In the first match hooker Kyle Sikora (BG's last remaining member of the 2018 National Championship team), flanker Anthony Snapp, lock Zach Szepiela scored solo tries while eight man Nico LaBianca punched over a pair. Fullback Beau Abbott landed the only conversion kick in winds gusting at 60mph. In the second match wing Juliano Chesnick, flanker Harvey Harris, scrum half Griffin Black and fly half Colton Crabiel were BG's try scorers.
