Re: Beat Miami
Either Miami is having an off day or this defense finally woke up. Still big secondary questions but the front seven seem very legit.

Re: Beat Miami
Defense gets another stop and keeps making plays in the backfield. Lots of energy from them today.

Wonderful game management to end the first half.

Down 10-7 at the half and we should be winning

At least tied. Consistent lack of execution on offense between penalties and drops/picks.

Wow..even I think that's overkill
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

4th downs be damned and poor clock management, it's not far off.

Re: Beat Miami
It’s the clock management of Dino Babers with NONE of the offense.

Keith fumbles the kickoff. Comedy of errors.

Re: Beat Miami
It really does seem like consistency is impossible for this team. They follow each positive step forward with a mountain of mistakes, many of which are self-inflicted.
Dropped balls, undisciplined penalties, questionable play calls, etc.
It just snowballs. So, so hard to watch.

Re: Beat Miami
Why are we so opposed to fair catching a kick and taking it at the 25? Do we even know that’s the rule?
I get that we aren’t an explosive offense and we are trying for an explosive play, but it routinely results in us starting at the 15 yard line. And when the offense is already struggling, why not take 10 free yards instead of forcing yourself to go 85 to score?
This has driven me nuts for like 3 years now.

Couple nice passes then a sack and a drop. Never ends.

Am I insane for not hating the play calling today? The players just haven’t executed at all.

Also, I’ll spend the rest of my days questioning how Loeffler can literally rest the fate of his head coaching career on McDonald as quarterback.

1st and goal from the 2 and it's a field goal.
