Re: WV Gameday!
Might retract my statement on Lightfoot. His handles and quickness already surpass Metheny but he is laser focused on scoring even if there isn’t a path for him. Turner has looked….not great. He hustles every play but I’ve been pretty disappointed with his development.

He is a fantastic worst scorer on the floor for you. When asked to be a scorer he lacks a lot.BillyLP wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 11:30 pm Might retract my statement on Lightfoot. Agee has the athleticism and skill, but hate his body language so far. Shades of Myron Gordon with getting upset with teammates and showing his frustration on the court.

Felt hasn’t even taken his warmups off. Doesn’t look like he’s planning on going in. Sitting among the coaches though so not sure what the plan is for him. McCombs looks ready to go, but I think he’ll be redshirted this year so they may not even get him on the floor.

I am assuming they can play in an exhibition game without hurting their status?BillyLP wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 11:41 pmFelt hasn’t even taken his warmups off. Also, as much as guest might hate it, Elsasser is a legit division 1 defender on the court. As much as guest might love it, he is not a division 1 offensive player.

Yes, but I assume Huger is experimenting with lineups he might actually use this season in the first half. May change in the second half.Globetrotter wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 11:43 pmI am assuming they can play in an exhibition game without hurting their status?BillyLP wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 11:41 pmFelt hasn’t even taken his warmups off. Re: WV Gameday!
Funny enough, they are sharing the basketball way better than WV in my opinion. There have been at least six assists that should have been converted that weren’t (hence the horrific FG%)Globetrotter wrote: ↑Fri Oct 28, 2022 11:42 pm Shooting 23 percent from the field with 3 assists.

For the same reason Huger got a second contract extension. His dad.

Re: WV Gameday!
He’s a perfectly capable walk-on and I feel a good addition to the team. He shouldn’t be getting first half minutes though, no.
Turnovers are terrible both ways. Both teams are clearly testing out some lineups and some of them are really not gelling.
