Our coach runs an offense that scored a total of 43 points in home conference games this year. He was hired with the notion that he was a QB whisperer, but the guy he coached for several years ( I lost count) didn't show enough to be all conference...and he's threatening to bring him back (somehow).

Next year will be worse
You are probably right. I did a more thorough look at the roster. 4/5 top WRs gone including Sims. 7/11 defensive starters.

Fannin and Simms are 2 young guys who could probably start but beyond that you have to replace 15 contributors on an already bad team.

Should be an interesting offseason.

I have the roster all spreadsheeted out and color coated. Wish there was a good way to display here. Would be fun to track who is coming back etc.

If you can do a photo snip and upload the photo to ImgBB it will provide a link which you can paste here and at least provide a photo of the spreadsheet.

The portal expects to be very busy starting on Monday so I'd anticipate the staff being aggressive in plugging any holes due to graduation and internal attrition.

Between now and end of spring, I anticipate some of the big names heading out….. and I don’t necessarily hold SL directly at fault.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

If you don’t mind me asking - who would you blame it on?

I’m suggesting some might choose to leave exclusive of what’s happening good or bad at BG. Some that leave are mind boggling choices. I’m trying not to suggest that every defection is because of The head coach.

I wonder if Detroit becomes a possibility for Bowling Green at this point. An EMU fan on another board thinks the Eagles are headed to Boise.

We'll know soon enough, I suppose.

If the MAC is able to send a team to Detroit I'd imagine it'll be Toledo. Conference champion against what could be a P5 opponent.

BG's record likely means they're destined for a low payout bowl like the Camellia or Boca Raton.

Can’t believe no leaks yet. I am following Brett McMurphy on Twitter for his tweets.

Toledo vs. Liberty in Boca Raton.

I'm hearing rumblings of BG winding up in Detroit.
