Yes, done deal. According to FootballScoop Sean has recommended Flashes OC Andrew Sowder to Kent State leadership as his replacement. Sowder was the WR coach here for Babers from 2014-15.

It’s gotta be because of the money. But it says a lot about the MAC that our HC salaries are half that of P5 coordinators. Makes it almost impossible to hire someone that you can feel confident about becoming a good HC.

When I saw Liberty was paying its HC $5 million per year I was shocked. I understand Liberty has some deep pockets and wants to be a major player but I just had no idea it was paying that much for its coach. Not sure how the MAC will continue to compete.
