There's a home hockey series this weekend. Go Falcons.

It's Ferris. If it's close going into the third it could be trouble.

Need more than 3 points this weekend. A sweep is ideal but isn't realistic to expect, so 3+ has to be the goal.

Would love to get back to our winning ways this weekend and see Tech or Mankato slip up. I'm really gunning for that 2 seed (or better) to ensure we would host a semifinal playoff game, should we get to that point.

I have to imagine we are pretty close to being mathematically locked into home ice for the CCHA quarterfinals?

Fyten is in tonight’s lineup. We’ll see how long he goes.

I can’t believe I’m rooting for Rico this weekend. What’s wrong with the cosmos?

Poor PP effort and as soon as it gets killed off, Ferris finds the back of our net. Bulldogs lead 1-0.

Our special teams… have not been very good recently, and it’s lead to mediocre results. We must figure that out.

Coverage in the D zone so far has been subpar.

2-0 as BG is sleepwalking through this one.

Ferris now up 2-0.

Get ready to be on the road for the playoffs, I guess. What a pathetic performance.

And then Ty challenges for no reason, loses, and costs himself a timeout.

Good stuff, guys.

He called that challenge to essentially get an extended timeout to talk to the team. But yeah the lack of consistent leadership with this program is maddening.

When’s the last time we scored an actual breakaway goal? Like, we get the opportunity a handful of times per game, and it feels like we NEVER convert.

Riley scored from center ice during the second intermission and won a prize. That may be the only goal we score tonight.

And if it’s the third period, Alex Barber must be in the box.

Three certainties in life. Death, taxes, and an Alex Barber penalty.

We’re .500 in February. This is year 4.

Disappointing, man. This isn’t supposed to be a rebuilding season. This was a program at a near 30 year peak just 4 years ago. How did we get here? And how the hell do we get out?
