Probably a strong possibility since he played HS ball in the Detroit area and the new staff has ties to Michigan.

Some players in the portal we have reportedly reached out to:

Dezi Jones - Quinnipiac
Amarri Tice - Wofford
Langston Wilson - Washington (he's getting high major offers, so this one is a long shot)

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

The decision on who Southern Utah hires could have an impact on the roster here. Wouldn't be surprised to see a player or two come along with Simon.

The interim coach, Flynn Clayman, is thought to be the shoo-in candidate at this point. Everyone at SUU is pushing for it, including players. Would imagine that would limit the number of people transferring out.

For sure, but it is still very possible that someone follows Simon to BG.

I'm know news will pick up more after the tournaments are all done, but I kinda wish we were hearing a bit more on offers/people staying/going at this point. I'm very eager to see what kind of roster this will look like.

We are in the Top 4 for Dezi Jones along with Minnesota, Austin Peay and CSU Fullerton.

Couple quick observations:

Rashaun Agee seems to be engaged with Todd Simon and is also retweeting men's basketball One Day tweets. Still in the portal, but maybe a good sign for him staying.

Jason Spurgin is in the portal from Southern Utah. 6'11" starting center from Australia who averaged 10pts and 6rbs a game. Could be someone who follows Simon here.

Good news about Agee might be staying. Also excited about the 6'11 player.

Drake Allen from Southern Utah to the portal also. Spurgin was a guy I had heard might follow.
