Allen was the guy I had added to my "want" list from their current roster. Athletic, good with the ball, great passer. I figured he was a longshot, though, since he is from Utah and hasn't left for community college or NCAA. I think he'll end up being a target for Utah, BYU or Utah State.

LOL. That’s crazy. I didn’t even realize people did that. I had no idea he was that kind of guy.

Having friends who know his family, this seems like an appropriate fit for him.

It’s not a big deal to lose anyone on our roster but has the new coach signed anyone yet?

I don’t think so. But I think business is about to pick up - after the Final Four and everyone’s season is over, we’ll see staffs being filled out and ours should hit the trail hard once we have assistants in place and ready to go.

I assume it means that Globe thinks you have to be batshit insane to even entertain the notion of stepping foot on LIberty's campus, let alone actually enrolling there.

I tend to agree with him, sorry if you're offended by it.

Uber conservative school ran by Jerry Falwell up until a bit ago (who left in disgrace). 130K enrollment makes it the biggest school in the country but most of that is online. I think you have to be a pretty big zealot to go there and I guess I just assumed people who went there wore it louder.

What policies do they have that lead you to think you have to be a zealot to go there? Jerry Falwell was a bad person...but what do they actually do there?
