Great Trip for the Women

Post by Salsa »

What a great trip for the women. Seattle is a marvelous destination. I talked to my sister who lives in the area and she says Spring has arrived with lots of plants blossoming.

I'm not sure when the team arrives/departs Seattle, but I hope they have a day or two to visit some sites.

I believe of all the possible tourney venues, the women got the best.

Add to that a couple of victories and we have the best of all possible worlds. Coach Miller says the team is playing with great confidence. You can tell this when different players shoot the "three" when the game is tight, and they've hit some big ones.

Keep out of early foul trouble and we'll have a good shot at a victory.

It should not be cold. Seattle can be damp in the Winter but the temperature should be moderate.

Thank God there is no major airport in BG so they have to fly out of Toledo or Detroit.

I worked at a school in Fayetteville and the NCAA had our tickets for the Soccer Final 4 at the airport in Fayetteville alright - Arkansas, not North Carolina where we were at. Needless to say, it made an already anxious team even more anxious.

Maybe they are taking the same path I am taking. Columbus to KC, then to Pheonix, then to Vancouver. Alot cheaper!!!
