Except in Toledo. Did not lose anyone including the coach and added what looks like a good recruiting class.
Toledo has a shot at being a legitimate top 25 team next year. I think the MAC will go through them and everyone else will be playing for second and then hoping to get an upset in the tournament. On the bright side, if that happens, we might actually get to be a two-bid league like we should have been for the last several years.

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

Why does Toledo have an easier time keeping players and coaches than we do, in basically every sport?

Next year might be a struggle, but seemingly strong hires here and at Miami are a good sign for the future of the conference.

I don’t expect next year to be a big time down year. I think they should win 20 games and be the 3rd best team in the MAC.

Fleming, Velasco, and Sharps are still here. Got some question marks, but most of the rest of the conference would kill to have 3 players that good.

Toledo men lost a big time player in Ray Dennis lost one player tp the portal on women's team. They're also very stable from a coaching standpoint.

If Fralick had stayed...don't now if we lose anyone

Spot on. Toledo lost their best men's player the last two years. Rollins then Dennis.

DiPillo announced officially...as is Assistant coach Maggie Lucas. She has a year as an assistant with Penn State and spent eight years (!) as a player in the WNBA and overseas

That's a heck of a start to a staff!!

For the longest time, Chmiel was the only wbb coach listed on the bgsufalcons.com. Now the two new ass't coaches are added, along with a surprise listing.

It's been removed. Must have been a mistake. I don't want to mention the name.

New committ - 5'8" PG Paige Kohler from Olmsted Falls. 1st team all Ohio. Originally committed to Buffalo before being granted her release last month. Looks to be a rock solid all around player that can shoot, pass, handle the ball and defend.

Roster shows nine current players...with the four incoming freshpeople, it would appear we have two openings on the roster for scholarships. Lets hope we can find another post or two

Pretty wild that Lexi Fleming has another 3 years left of eligibility. She’s a senior this year, but it’s as though we are coming off her first season, since her first one didn’t count under the COVID rules and she sat out a year for a medical redshirt with her knee. Pretty crazy that she can be here through 2026 if she wants.

She seems like a smart kid...if she wanted to she could use that extra eligibility to fund some grad school...either here or elsewhere
