If SL can open with a win at Liberty he will have me impressed. This is a tough non power 5 match up.

Liberty did the same thing with their three QBs.

Guy on the left is unbearable but this is great info. Certainly did not have corporate sponsored /triple analyst podcast on my Liberty Flame bingo card.

Yeah I think Flipper is just out to bash the coaching staff. I admittedly don’t love them either, but with the transfer portal nowadays you essential have roster turnover on par with HS football. Why show any of your hand? Heck I think Ryan Day should’ve simply waited until Play 1

Liberty spent 0 minutes doing what ifs on our QB’s. It’s not like one vs. other requires a spy or any alternative planning. They have our scheme and all weaknesses planned for, as any team does. Not announcing it is fruitless.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Yeah, tough to fault Flip too much.

I'm to the point where if Loeffler does something that I explicitly said I wanted him to do I do not think it's Loeffler making a smart decision as much as it is time for me to reevaluate and figure I was dumb to suggest it.

I've always thought withholding the starter announcement was worthless gamesmanship, but whatever. In the scheme of the decisions Loeffler will make over the season this is probably one of the least dumb things he'll do. And knowing him he'll change his mind halfway through the 2nd quarter anyhow, then the post game will be about how "alternating QBs was always the plan, we could've won but that Jinks guy really fucked this program up"

Nick Saban hasn't even named a starter at Alabama yet. It's just kind of a thing this year, for whatever reason.

Have I somehow been unclear on that? SL has done nothing but point fingers and make excuses since he got here. He's horrible...he should not have been hired as there was nothing on his resume that showed he was a viable HC candidate. The program will languish in the lower echelon of the MAC until he's fired

We're going to lose. I just hope we have stretches where play well and show some promise for the remainder of the season.

I also hope I'm wrong about the "we're going to lose" part.
