With only 5 home games I certainly hope no more than 2 fall during the week.
My weekend-working ass would LOVE a couple Thursday or Friday games! :D

I'm not a fan of the weeknight games if they're home games that I'll be attending. I do love them if they're road games, because that means I can catch them on TV. So I guess then I imagine our opponents' fans feel the same way.

The thing is when I go to a football game I like to have 4-6 hours of pregame tailgating :) That is not possible for weeknight games. Ideally I would schedule all of our games for 7 or 8 on Saturday nights, but I don't get to make the schedule, and I usually don't get a single game in that time slot. 6:00 is okay, but then you miss the end of the 3:30 games on TV. I'd like to tailgate for the noon & 3:30 games, then enter the stadium in time for a 7:30 game or so. I don't mind the colder weather either, because I expect the alcohol to artificially make me feel warmer by that time anyway :)

I agree with Hammb here, If were on the road, put us on TV. that way I have an extra excuse to head out to a bar for a couple hours. Any yeah, we need lots of time to tailgate. I have got a great new set of "BGSU" cornhole boards I can't wait to bring to games. plus if I am going to drive 4+ hrs I want to spend as much time in BG as possible, away from my parents house.

And yes drinking before a game is fun. but remember when it is really cold out drinking before a game may make you feel warmer for a bit, you are cooling down your core body temp. This has to do with circulation of blood and what not, but I won't dive into a science lesson today.

I don't know Dayon, I prefer something with a little more southern herritage. You know the van with the KY plates will be bringing the bourbon.

I love TV games any time of the week ... except when they are cut short by meaningless St. Joseph basketball games.

If Mother Nature brings all she has for Homecoming again this year, make sure to cut my g/f off after her fifth trip through the Hennessy line. That girl was a fish last year! Made me proud, though, thats for sure!

what you got against the south. Not that I am really southern or anything. Born in New York and grew up in Perrysburg, (thats just north of BG). I however, do think that a mighty fine liquid comes from KY.
