I had a funny thought today that Eigner is behind the bench and no one is suspended come Saturday, without an announcement.

The more silence there is the more this may be possible because it's all become lawsuit heavy and no one can talk.

Well I'm not sure who would be suing who in this scenario, but I doubt Eigner is behind the bench if he is suing or being sued.

If lawsuits have been filed, and this is not the only reference to that being the case, wouldn't they be on a court docket somewhere? Aren't those public record?

The courts would be overrun with these demands. But at least we could get away from all of the frivolous lawsuits.
