During Ty's press conference posted on YouTube today, Ty talked about Stoever and it almost seemed like he was available to play. There appears to be a lot that wasn't posted. Ty also did mention that the whole thing is still an ongoing situation, and he cannot comment on things. The WTOL reporter then proceeded to ask him two questions he had already said he couldn't comment on.....
