This is where Loeffler can shut up his critics. Beat UT and WMU and he’s showing progress and deserves to come back to try to take the next step. He deserves credit for winning games that he should, but outside of beating a mediocre GT team the resume is pretty bare. Hopefully Stewart is healthy and they commit to getting him the ball. I don’t think UT is going to struggle to move the ball…BG is going to have to control the clock and win the turnover battle.

Agree. Loeffler is back next year anyway because he got the 6th win, but he can actually make fans feel he deserves to be back by beating UT. I have a bad feeling about this game because Finn is playing next level right now, but the right game plan can keep it close.

Yep 8-4 or 9-4 looks and is a helluva lot better than 6-7 or 7-6. Finish on a winning streak and a bowl win and give us something good to talk about in the offseason for once.

I bet it at 10am Sunday at 9.5, and it moved to 10.5 an hour later. Not sure if I had the opening line or not... but I expect it north of 11 come game time.

Let me just say, I'm excited that the banter for this game is finally legitimate again. For several years, we would approach this game and UT fans would give us crap, and we would simply say, "Yeah, you'll probably win. Have fun." What fun is that kind of rivalry???

This is the first year where I feel that if we win it will be because we deserved to win, unlike last year where it felt like we got lucky.
