*ESPN announced the Bahamas Bowl won't be played in the Bahamas due to the stadium undergoing renovations. An alternative location has yet to be announced.

Clearly I forgot how to read for a second there. Either way, I'd assume the Bahamas bowl will be in Florida or a warm, sunny location, so my point still stands.

It's usually a joint effort between the bowl organizers, the conferences, and the schools to find the right fit. Ticket sales, ease of travel, matchup quality for TV are usually at the top of the list.

Bahamas Bowl will be played at 2:30pm on Monday, December 18 in Charlotte.

This would be a very doable trip from Baltimore for me. I know which bowl I'm rooting for now.
