No kidding. I EXPECT BG to beat Wisky but am concerned with Boise State. This has ESPN/2 written all over it. It will be on TV.

BG/Boise State should be a great game...in 2006 as well!

GO BG!~

I thought there had already been some talk of the game being moved to Mid-Week to accomodate ESPN2, as heaven forbid a MAC team could play a big game on a weekend. I guess the hypothetical Northwestern/TCU matchup is that much more important. Actually, I'm not even sure why we bother coming out with a schedule with times and dates in advance, ESPN2 should just publish it for us because it's usually whatever they want when it comes to the MAC. But I guess it's better to be on ESPN on Tuesday than BCSN on Saturday, obviously. Anyone have some inside info on whether this game gets moved to during the week?

"they will also be replacing 3 OL, 1 TE, and 1 WR."

HAHA....he thinks we're looking for a TE. What, did recruit like 18 of them this year, not including the JuCo kid?

Man, some of those guys are going to be in for a bit of a shock when we play them. "Don't worry, we can't lose at home." The guy who mentioned that we lost to UT, who lost to UConn has to realize that the team that lost to UConn, wasn't UT's team. They were w/o Scooter, Gradkowski, one of their WR's, and a few defensive guys too. You put a healthy Toledo team out there, and the MCB would be VERY different. Jeff

It appears they have a forum here.

so should we flood their forum w/ BG RAAWWKS topics? Just kidding. I'd actually like to hear what they think of the match-up.

I'd be interested to see where we would rank if the question was about their entire schedule and not just home games since they do play Georgia and Oregon State on the road.

Good Morning Falcons

Bronco fan checking in. Look forward to more talk as the summer rolls on. We can start comparing offensive and defensive personnel, etc. We saw you a bit on TV last year and we see alot of ourselves in your team.

Take care of Wisonsin and we'll do our best to work Georgia and beat Oregon State again before we meet. Nothing would be better than for both of us to be undefeated when we meet.

A couple comments on some posts above. We are cocky at home, both fans and team. It's been a few years since we've lost here. But don't mistake that for a lack of respect.

As for our schedule, you guys are easily the marquee home game next year, but we're looking at Georgia first. Overall, I would say you guys and Oregon State are tied for the 2nd best game for us next season.

And we're hearing that ESPN wants this one, but unfortunately mid-week. Let's hope they change their minds and we can help them by beating the teams we play in the previous 2 weeks.

Welcome roughrider,
You don't have to tell me you guys are good at home. I would be the same way if we if I were one of your fans. I think this game could be very similar to your bowl game with Louisville last year. I would give UofL's defense the nod over ours but I think our offense was just as good as their's last season. Keep in mind Omar Jacobs sat out of the second half in numerous games.

BTW your guys basketball court looks smooth.

Was at the tournament yesterday and it was sure a blast. I am as much a die hard hoops junky as a football nut. Our team has a way to go there but we've got a good coach finally and in another 2 years, we'll be dancing or at least will have the talent and depth to.

I was in Memphis too and UL was very impressive. That loss has really lit a fire into our team, who just broke all strength and speed records last week. We know from that game that we lost in the trenches and our lines will be much bigger this year.

I saw more than enough of Jacobs to know that he's the real deal. Our defense has shut down some top notch dropback, pocket QB's but we know what that added running dimension does to a defense. Our QB's are pretty similar. This will be one great game and it will give the nation another shot at understanding what BS the bcs truly is.

I am probably one of the few nonBSU fans who likes their turf. I am hoping I still like it after we play.

I think the Smurf Turf is cool.

But I think getting rid of our grass would be a terrible idea.

I do think it would be keen if our grass end zones were completely colored in, though.

SF:

I love that idea. Natural grass is the way to go and I think fully color end zones are an awesome touch.
