Jalen Huskey is committed to Maryland. Happy for him. He’s from Maryland and I’m sure he dreamed of playing for them.

My favorites of the recruits so far.

Owens-Looks like a Fannin clone at TE playing LB? So I guess it's a Howell clone?
Nelson-Played some QB but looks like a very fluid athlete
Banks-He's 6-6? reportedly. I would bet he ends up playing LB for us and very very well. Probably NFL level well. Will depend on his ability to add weight.
Sharp-Giant who catches passes in traffic
Clay-Lightning fast
Jacon-Duffy-Another good athlete at TE
Pettaway-undersized but looked like a big play waiting to happen

This is completely just of watching the grainy videos and I am often/always wrong on these but it's still fun. My favorite player all time was Jarrett Sanderson. I was sure he was going to be an elite RB here.

Happy for Jalen. We should celebrate guys who both contribute during their time at BG, but also are able to find a bigger landing spot in the portal. Glad he can be closer to home too.

TK in Toledo would certainly add a crazy dynamic to next year's game.

He'd be wise to go to Tulsa. Step up in competition. Probably a chance at more NIL money. Be shocked if he comes back.

Ali Saad is back next year.

Started his career at Minnesota before transferring here. 3 TFL and 1.5 sacks this year. Also forced 2 fumbles. Great depth piece on the DL.

Jordan Porter is back next year. 3 sacks and a FF on the defensive line.

We’re gonna be scary up front. Talented, experienced, and deep.

The last time we beat 2 power 5 teams in the same season was 2015. I definitely like our chances. Minnesota had to beg Kramer to come back to play in the bowl game. They had no other QBs.

Hate it. So much. But that’s college football now.
This portal flat out sucks...might be the final nail in the coffin for college football. Unfortunately, that genie is out of the bottle.

Player contracts are the only way out. I think we get there eventually but not until around 2030.

Wimberly is coming back as well. Punt block specialist and has a chance to do more at RB next year.
