Akron turned it up a notch after the 8 minute timeout but Hill kept the Akron runs to a minimum. Thomas went off early to help build the lead. 2 of 7 on free throws so far plus a missed one and one really going to need those the second half. Akron is a great rebounding teams and without Agee it's really showing. Overall we are playing fantastically and look like we belong

The missed FT's are aggravating...luckily UA is only 3-8 from the line.

Turnovers piled up later in the game. 7 of 10 were in the last 12 minutes. Finished 13 of 24 on free throws after starting 4 of 12. Last three pointer was with 18:43 to go. Complete dud in the second half. Team fought hard all night. Need to bounce back Tuesday
