I was just thinking that the officiating this weekend had not been terrible, but then that happened.

Another huge 3 points. BG moves up to a tie for 4th place. Just 2 points behind 3rd place Bemidji, 4 points behind 2nd place St. Thomas, and 5 points behind 1st place Mankato, who we have 2 games in hand on.

Somehow, some way, this team is in the thick of it again. Unreal.

Makes sense. Looked like he was escorted by the linesman. The quickness of it made it seem odd. Thought I heard the PA say something about "facemask penalty" immediately after. Just a Shi-show of a sequence of events. Can't even imagine if "that guy" actually shows up on the ice for Tech. I have zero confidence the league has anybody that could even come close to managing that situation.
