Email from the Falcon Kids Club today states Senior Night will be Friday of the Tech series at 7PM. Which just happens to be the exact same time as the BG- Toledo men's game at the Stroh.

Saturday's game is recognizing the 40th anniversary of the 83-84 team.

Unfortunate that people are going to be forced to choose between basketball and hockey on Friday night, but that’s what happens when your conference bends over any time ESPN wants them to.

I’ll be there Saturday night. Hoping a lot of the team (and maybe Coach York?) will be back in the building to be recognized.

People struggle with just the Falcon Club lane on a normal game night. Now you're going to have two events at the same time entering from Mercer. It's a logistical nightmare from the get go. I have little faith in the University's ability to make it go smoothly.

The Friday 2/23 home game against Michigan Tech will now begin at 7:37pm. My assumption is that this is due to the basketball game against Toledo happening on national TV that evening, so they're doing what they can to alleviate some of the parking/traffic crunch.

At minimum, I applaud the effort.

I haven't seen nor heard of this from any other source out there. ???
Remember this one? Well, I FOIA'd the athletic department in an attempt to dig up the application. I heard back from the BG legal department, they did a records search and everything came back "WTF are you talking about?" So this appears to be another one of those wacky internet rumors.

2.78 GAA, .919 SV%, 10 of our 13 wins.

Really strong rookie year.

Big goalie like that coming up on his 21st birthday. Seems like a threat to go pro

I brew beer as a hobby. This one is a coffee porter called "61st in the Pairwise" and it came out REALLY good; much better than what we've seen on the ice the past 4 games.

Image

Note: I also did an IPA called "Scooter's Diamond Cutter" which also turned out really good.

In what’s likely his last game behind the bench at Miami State, Bergeron gets creamed 7-1. Combined score for the two game playoff series at Nodak was 12-2. They won 1 game in 2024 which was also their only win in league play for the entire season. They’ve gone winless over their last 16 games. They set the Nacho record for the team with the fewest points on the season.

The CCHA has locked up the 16th seed in the NCAA tournament. Under the great leadership of Lucia we now have replaced AHA as the worst league in college hockey.

The Alaska schools both higher in the pairwise as well.

The winner of MTU/BSU will earn the right to be boot stomped by BC or BU.

Pretty sad performance by all in the league this year. The fact that BG is this bad, in this bad of conference is completely unacceptable.

Also expect Moore to get interest from other Bigger name schools. Definite chance he portals out
