We knew Sharps was in her last year but apparently Dzekan and Hill have also elected to end their College careers. I believe they both had a Covid year coming. Also though not a big surprise but little used and injured Fr Abbie Riddle is in the portal. I wonder if Clerkley will reup as she has been injured for all or a portion of her years with the Falcons. There were three recruits signed in the Fall leaving two openings to fill as it stands currently. Would not be surprised if that expands by two more. Still in need of more size despite a 6'4" JUCO coming aboard.

Sorry to hear about Hill. She’s grown as a player each year. I think Chmiel is going to shoot high with some transfers. I’d keep an eye on SEC/ACC players who maybe he recruited during his SC days and are looking for playing time.

I'm fairly certain Clerkley is not returning. Its my understanding that She got an internship in her field and has a job lined up upon graduation in May, which is why she stepped away from the team the 2nd half of the year.

Morgan Sharps was offered a grad assistant position (publicly, at the preseason sports luncheon). At the time she said she thought she could make that happen, but she was really caught by surprise, so not much else she could say.

I hope she accepts. Her and Lexi both will end up making fine coaches if they want to pursue that route.

I think it was mentioned during the senior day ceremonies that they both were leaving after this season. When Dziekan was recognized it was mentioned that she was going to grad school at Ohio State next year. I don't remember if anything specific was said about Hill re: returning or not returning, but it was mentioned that she is in grad school this year, so maybe I just assumed that she was leaving? I have no idea.

Anyway, according to the interwebs, Tubergen is in the portal as well. I understand if she and Riddle leave, but they both seem like great kids & I will continue to hold out hope they they both return.

The very end of the BGSUFalcons website story on the WNIT game indicated both Dziekan and Hill played their last game. As far as Tubergen I did not see that news but it does not surprise me either. I could see her going back to Michigan and playing at Grand Valley or something similar.

Wbbblog is now showing a commitment dated in late January from 6'0' G/F Kristiana Kulackovska. a RS Soph playing at Eastern Florida State College and originally from Latvia. Plays in the same league as Moxey the 6'4" Juco already signed. Eastern State had a record of 27-5 and was 21-0 in its conference. Kulackovska mostly started and averaged 8.4 ppg this past year along with 5.1 rbg. Not a 3 point shooter at all. 72% FT.
