Tricia Cullop to Miami (FL)

Big loss for the MAC but welcome news for BG. Cullop was at UT for 16 seasons and was definitely a model of consistency. This will be a nice move up to a solid ACC program where she’ll likely be around $1mm a year.

Like any sane person, I hate Toledo, but Cullop is a great coach & seems like an even better person. If she was ever going to leave, I guess it makes sense that it would be now, with Lockett & Wiard finishing their careers. This definitely changes the landscape in the MAC. It will be interesting to see who UT hires and if any of the players scheduled to return in 2024-25 enter the portal.

Cullop was UT's answer to Curt Miller...not quite as many titles but her teams were always so good. Can't say I'm sad she's gone. lol.
