Maybe they should redo the walls too, it'd give it a cheerier atmosphere.

What if the the court was completely brown-colored (except for the paint and logos and such?)

You know, like the Boise State theory of football field design applied to basketball...

I do like your paint fade action a lot, DD.

Did anyone see the floor for Boise State during the NCAA last night. Very Cool graphic overlaying each key. It would be cool to have something like that at AA with a falcon bearing its talons.

I think the important thing to remember is Dakich has a pretty large say as to what the floor will look like.

Here's a great shot of the Boise State court, for anyone that hasn't seen it.

I'm working on a design for AA, right now. It'll be up sometime soon. I love doing this kind of stuff.

Just curious, where have you guys gotten your images of the new wordmarks, etc?

I do LIKE the LARGE size stuff whether it's the Logo at center court or
the 2 Falcon Heads in the paint area.

In fact, I really that concept.

I is VERY unique and you've done a great job with your ideas. :supz:

Great Ideas. How bout one step further. ANyone see Colorado States court with the ram horns going the whole length. could we do that with Falcons wings? Could you guys do it just so we could get a look?

I also thought it would look cool somehow you could just get falcon eyes? Squinting as if it is attacking and menacing and what not?

And how about something going around the entire length of the court. The timberwolves have a row of trees. Falcon feet might not be bad.

Dayon's? Did you design the court at the HS? Can we get a look at that one for those who have not been in it?

I got my template from just typing in "Basketball Court" in Google image search. I used the "Duke Court" image and just modified it in PhotoShop. The best thing I can think of to put eyes in, would be to use the "new" logo. However, The general consensus is that the community as a whole doesn't like the new Falcon logo. Keep the ideas coming though, I love messing around with PhotoShop.

P.S. If there's any typos, my apologies, party on Wooster!

I actually like it.

The new version of the traditional Falcon head is my least favorite of all three.

I with Schadenfreude on this one. I would love to see us get away from the falcon head graphic - very 1970's - and move into something new. OR go totally retro - again like your avatar.
