Karl Brooks and Scotty Miller cracked the 53-man rosters for the Packers and Falcons, respectively. By all accounts, Quinton Morris will make the Bills roster. Christian Sims was waived by the Rams.

Not sure when it happened, but Caleb Biggers is on cut list by the Browns.
It’s not my point of view, it’s a fact.

Re: Falcons in the NFL
Yeah he was cut pretty early in the process on Sunday/Monday. Man I don't think I've ever seen a DB put together a worse game while including a pick-6 than Biggers did in that KC Preseason game Saturday. He got the pick 6 (on a tipped/dropped ball by the WR), but got torched for yards, and called for at least 3 penalties. I didn't think he had a shot anyhow, hopefully he'll end up on the practice squad, but he wasn't ready for the NFL yet.roguewarrior wrote: ↑Wed Aug 30, 2023 10:28 am Not sure when it happened, but Caleb Biggers is on cut list by the Browns.

Karl Brooks sacked Justin Fields this afternoon. Some Falcon on Buckeye crime always goes down smooth.

Brooks played a LOT. And on a very good defense. He's there to stay. Good for him!hammb wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 1:36 amNice to see him not only make the roster but get on the field and make a play in his 1st game.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 10, 2023 11:32 pm Karl Brooks sacked Justin Fields this afternoon. Re: Falcons in the NFL
LaFleur mentioned after the final preseason game that Karl was going to see his fair share of snaps. They're very high on him. Was thrilled to see him capitalize on the opportunity.Redwingtom wrote: ↑Mon Sep 11, 2023 1:27 pmBrooks played a LOT. And on a very good defense. He's there to stay. Re: Falcons in the NFL
I know some people don't like them, but Brooks is currently grading at a 66ish with PFF.
For a late round rookie playing on perhaps the most difficult position to transition from college (outside of QB probably), that is a VERY impressive grade. The defensive interior of the NFL is a rough business. Very happy to see how he's playing.
Wasn't much else worth watching in that one...that GB team has serious issues.

Also had his second pass deflection of the season. Not the most exciting stat but I'm sure it's important to the coaches

Morris and Brooks...two fine young men recruited to BGSU by Mike Jinks

Re-unites with Arthur Smith from their time together in Atlanta.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Wed May 08, 2024 5:43 pm Scotty Miller signed a one-year deal today with the Steelers.
Seems like a good opportunity for Scotty. The Steelers are looking for good WRs to play because they don't have much at the position behind George Pickens.
