And that was the spark we needed. A few plays later, Terion Stewart runs in his 2nd touchdown of the night.

BG now leads 34-10 with 1:21 to play in the 3rd quarter.

McClendon gets tossed for targeting early in the 4th quarter. Felt like bad luck - the guy he was trying to tackle was getting spun around and was a moving target. When you’re going full speed, it’s hard to know exactly where you should be aiming. But he put his face down and led with the crown, so it was probably the right call. Sucks because he’ll miss the first half next week, if that’s still the rule.

That’s a legit targeting call. Hate the sometimes but tucking his head and leading with the crown sealed the deal.

Fordham again goes on a bit of a drive (aided/extended by a targeting call) but BG comes up with a 3rd down sack and a 4th down stop in the red zone.

Falcons take over up 34-10 with 8:51 to play in the 4th.
