Feels like we should be able to manage a one year buyout if we want to be a serious football program. Time to start calling donors and rallying the troops, Derek.

You can make those calls, but the minute Scot mentions the fantasy of Clawson to the good old boys, they will be right back on track with this mediocrity.

Against FBS teams, we're 1-4 with that lone win coming against Akron (who's 0-6 against FBS) and we barely hung on to beat them. Even if Bazelak can play...this weekend against Kent looks like a W...but after that...who knows.

If we lose to Kent...forget about it..
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

He was given the opportunity to show he can push the program to the next level. It's obvious he'll be unable to do that. Every big conference home game the past couple years have been losses. That part really bothers me.
Yeah I won’t lie this is a sad morning in Wood County. I had so much hope for this team, it felt like a 9-3 season was a reality. That ODU game was shocking, our offense had rushing stats that I’d be disappointed with against Georgia. Just no ability to win at the LOS and I had legitimate concerns that we would have to fight to get 6 wins. I really cannot believe this team is 2-4, it’s so talented and yet missing a bowl is a real possibility. Stewart and Fannin are for sure gone next year, I imagine Fannin will be a Buckeye in all honesty

I think he's more likely to be a Brown and enjoy an even bigger s**t show than he currently has

Just a sad state of affairs Sat at the Doyt. What the hell has happened to our OL!?!?!? It is regressing at an alarming rate. I was so jacked up after TX A&M thinking this team (and program) have finally arrived...only to be kicked in the nuts the last 3 weeks. I was at the Akron game as well and it could have been a loss.

It is time to move on to new leadership cuz the way we've played the last 3 weeks, you can cancel the trip to Detroit. NIU was a huge game and we didn't show up and looked like we didn't care. No fire on the sidelines, no leadership from the players....7-5 is the best we ever will get with SL. He has his best team yet overall, and we're 2-4.

A loss this week and the dude better not be allowed back in the Sebo Center. Kent State is really bad.

I'm disappointed beyond belief...
