Well, we lost tons of battles including while on the PP. Struggled with their forecheck. Emerson looks like he popped a knee and will be out for a while. The Slate was packed and not a ton of th8 gs to cheer about. Sigh. And Ferris is playing well.

I felt like we played really hard at times, it was just clear that Ohio State was more talented and put together than we were.

Maybe I was just happy because football kicked the crap out of Toledo, but I wasn’t overly discouraged by this performance. I’d have liked to see us score, but we battled hard against a good team. Powerplay needs to take advantage of opportunities turn losses into wins. Get better this week and give Ferris hell next weekend.

Side note and insane stat - the hockey team has now lost 7 straight with me in attendance, and lost 15 of their last 16 with me in the building. This streak is getting pretty surreal.

New coach and maybe a new culture but record would be the same or expected to be the same with old coach. Western ans the past series shows we've got a long way to go yet.

We won three games against teams we were better than and lost three games to teams who were better than us.

BG looks quite a bit better. Ohio State looked like a top 10 team though, their breakouts and ability to generate odd man rushes were lethal
