Toledo was supposed to be a threat to make the playoffs this year? Yeah...ok
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

The talent is there to win out. It’s a matter of focus and intensity each week. When they have it they can take 2 top ten teams to the wire. When they don’t they lose to teams like OD and NIU.

Evidently Toledo fans got tired of our band playing Rocket Man during the game!😂

DVDM trolled their band on xitter and they were crying big crocodile tears which tasted delicious. If you don’t want our band to show you up in your crappy stadium, try harder not to have a shitty band.

My conspiracy theory was that Toledo knew their band would be upstaged. My high school has more members in theirs that UT did...

100% this. They didn't wanna be quadrupled in size on their own field. Not the band themselves being upset about it (that's not how it works in marching band culture) but the university itself being afraid to be outdone significantly on their home field.

And then the football team outdid them significantly on their home field, too!

The optics of a university with declining enrollment vs. one with increasing enrollment, it would not surprise me if that was the case. The HOF ceremony could have been done at the end of a quarter. It honestly didn't take very long. So yeah, I'm buying in 100% lol.

Agreed on all fronts! I'm very impressed with how they looked after weeks of horrible offensive production they absolutely rolled. Too bad we didn't have this attack against ODU and NIU. The team deserves credit, that was a dominating win.

Candle has to aggravate those guys so much. I can't believe they were beaten like that by Buffalo and now us

Very happy that this was proven wrong.
