hammb, don't you think Cole could contribute on special teams, too?

I don't think he has the raw speed to be a return man. His moves would come in handy in that regard, but nearly every team will have a blazer in that role. The ability to see the opening and fly towards it faster than lightning is more valuable than the ability to make people miss for a returner. Cole is not that blazer.

He probably has the athletic ability to contribute as a coverage guy, but most teams will use backup LBs & DBs in that role, not WRs.

He would be the most valuable as a punt returner, as the primary factor is getting one miss, and making SURE you catch the ball. I can see him also being a punt returner, holder, cover guy on punts and kickoffs. Just because we have never seen him tackle, I am sure is is VERY capable.

You do see offensive players in special teams coverage in the NFL. I would think his natural toughness would make him a natural.
