And the faceoff right before the first one should have been at the other end, with BG on the powerplay. But apparently, it's perfectly legal to run someone from behind in this league.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2024 2:03 amTied up now and Stoever left with an injury after the 2nd goal. You can also kick and move someone's stick away from them if they drop it in this league too. I think Willy's interview where he said he is still trying to understand the officiating of the CCHA was hilarious.pdt1081 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2024 4:44 amAnd the faceoff right before the first one should have been at the other end, with BG on the powerplay. Willy was in the face of the officials most of the night. He was close to getting a bench minor during Scardina's major. I don't think the referee wanted to put BG down two men, however. He had a lengthy conversation with Shawhan after the game, seemed to be about the Scardina hit.BGhockeyfan94 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2024 5:28 pmYou can also kick and move someone's stick away from them if they drop it in this league too. That's usually a sign the referee knows he's doing a poor job. Add in the no call tackle in overtime, and it's easy to see why Tech has so few penalties.jpfalcon09 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 01, 2024 6:20 pm
