Happy belated B-Day Grant

Post by Rightupinthere »

March 6th.

Since it's a couple weeks after the fact, I just wanted to point out that you are LESS than half way to 70.

Yes, it's okay to say, "heck yeah, I feel another year older."

Happy belated brother. Rock on.

Golfer? Do you think you could pester someone else anyways. Did you read where Grant doesn't even log onto his own site anymore because he is tired off all the garbage going on. How about you make severl large and appropriate posts and hopefully this site will get back to how it used to be.

Another thread into the crapper.

This is about Grant's b-day folks.

Since Grant made mention of the fact that this place is becoming negative, I'm beginning to see more and more of his point. I am far from innocent so I'm beliving a hiatus is in the running for me.

I will take this moment to thank Grant for a well-designed site, a fine place to talk about BG whether it is sports or campus life (then and now), and all the positives. I am glad to have been introduced to some fine posters here and fellow alum. So - Thanks Again- Hope you had a great B-day with the family and friends. :D

Mmmm - almost half half way to 70?????? Must be nice

This could turn into a thread about everyone's most memorable B-day when we were all back on campus. I think mine would have to be my 21st - low key to a point but my mother sent some cash to my girl-friend (now my wife) to take me out for a very fine meal. Although the Big Mac I had later that night seemed to hit the spot better than the nice meal downtown

I with Right - with all the BG sports over (football, hockey, Bball) my visits to the site might drop off until later this Summer.

Yes, yes it's all MY fault that the site has been poisoned blah blah blah.

Let's get back to wishing Grant a happy birthday-this of all threads shouldn't be blocked up with golfertk14-hate replies.

And unfortunatly, your post is the type of stuff Grant was talking about. Noticed he hasn't even logged in to his own happy b-day thread? I'm all for shutting the forums down for a few days, maybe even a week.

Eh, 35 isn't much different than 34 so far. I got my traditional pineapple upside-down cake and a dinner at Tandoor in Toledo. That's all I need!

Oh... and I need this....

And this, I definitely need this lamp...

Well I'm gonna to go then. And I don't need any of this. I don't need this stuff, and I don't need you. I don't need anything except this [picks up an ashtray] and that's it and that's the only thing I need, is this. I don't need this or this. Just this ashtray. And this paddle game, the ashtray and the paddle game and that's all I need. And this remote control. The ashtray, the paddle game, and the remote control, and that's all I need. And these matches. The ashtray, and these matches, and the remote control and the paddle ball. And this lamp. The ashtray, this paddle game and the remote control and the lamp and that's all I need. And that's all I need too. I don't need one other thing, not one - I need this. The paddle game, and the chair, and the remote control, and the matches, for sure. And this. And that's all I need. The ashtray, the remote control, the paddle game, this magazine and the chair...

  Some late '80's or early 90's pop culture that I'm not aware of because my television/movie viewing during that time involved Sesame Street, Barney, and Old Yeller over and over and over? :?
