Kinda can’t believe people are still watching this team. You’re better fans than me.
I see the score is 47-27 Kent in the 2nd half. Brutal season.

Re: @KSU
We don't defend and our starting PG has yet to record an assist.
We are playing a 7-8 man rotation and I don't think 5 of them are worthy of being rotational MAC players. So ugly.

It was how Huger bought himself another year! Play the local kid whose dad works in the department or you’re gone!
Re: @KSU
To be honest, I'd argue this is worse than those days. We had low expectations and they were realized, so we were more actively bitching about it on here because we were angry. This year we actually expected things to come together (somewhat) and not only did they not, but it's looking like a disappointment on par with that 21-22 team and it's resulted in apathy I don't recall ever seeing on here.

Attended more games than any responsible student should have.

I think apathy is totally the right description for it. It's a defeated feeling of nothingness. They've lost so much this year that I'm just numb to it. And it's totally NOT what I was expecting from this team, either. To be in a position where they may not even make it to Cleveland is not what I expected in Year 2 of the Simon Era.BillyLP wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 1:29 pmTo be honest, I'd argue this is worse than those days. Re: @KSU
I agree its bad, but not as bad to me as the dark days when we had BG hall of famers Erger and Kraus on the team.
'12 and '14. AY ZIGGY ZOOMBA!!
Re: @KSU
Those teams came soon after the Frack money. Orr once talked about how good Erger was at inbounding the ball. In hindsight it’s remarkable how terrible the program has been since the Stroh was built and the Frack money arrived. The only constant other than losing has been Jim Elsasser. The Stroh was his baby.FalconRollAlong wrote: ↑Wed Jan 29, 2025 9:26 pm I agree its bad, but not as bad to me as the dark days when we had BG hall of famers Erger and Kraus on the team.
