I had to go looking for the twitter announcement.

He's drafted by Hamilton of the OHL, so i expect him to go that route first. Will be interesting to see how this plays out. If his CHL contract has an early out option for NCAA.

McMahon has him listed as 4 stars (!) with a 2026 start which, as PDT points out, remains to be seen.

I see Cam Hankai listed on Heisenberg and on Elite Prospects, but Ty Higgins doesn't show up on either. Is anyone aware if there's an issue or is this just a case of stuff working its way through the systems?

Vancouver Giants defenseman Mazden Leslie. 12G 41A in 47 games. He's an 05 and eligible for the NHL draft this season. 48G 123A in 261 games. This is his 5th WHL season, and he can play one more.

Apparently went through training camp with the Leafs on an ATO, before being returned to Vancouver. Also spent time in Vegas development camp.

I'm thinking BG's connections to guys like Blake, McPhee, MacLellan, Bylsma, etc, are really helping in recruiting three WHL.

I fixed Steinman. I have a sheet that automatically scrapes HockeyDB for our recruits stats but there's some manual effort involved in grabbing the right row. I'll work on that.

BGSU Hockey profiled all 11 seniors on Twitter/X this week. The list included Parker, but not Niedermayer. Willy mentioned in a press conference a couple weeks back that Niedermayer had another year left. Perhaps he got a redshirt while at ASU? There was a season he only played 7 games.
