On Friday, February 14, our Falcons (15-10-4) will head north to Plymouth, MI to take on the USNTDP U-18 team, which is comprised of a bunch of Big Ten, NCHC, and Hockey East commits. We’ll be bigger and more physical, they’ll be quicker and more skilled. Should be an interesting matchup.
It appears that the game *might* be available to watch free through their website, but I’m not 100% on that. If you’re looking for something romantic to watch on Valentine’s Night, I can’t think of anything better than Falcon Hockey.
Go Falcons! Stay Healthy!

Exhibition. Nothing counts except injuries and suspensions. Kind of glad to see after the way they came out of the bye weeks in November (flat). Lineup has been rather stable since the beginning of January. With the large roster, it will be interesting to see who plays, and how many players get in.

The free web stream provided by USA Hockey allows you to add markers while watching so you can go back and watch replays later.

End of 2, BG down 2-4. Shots are 19-15, BG.
O'Hanisain and Scardina with the goals.
NTDP team really likes holding the stick and hitting the back. Their 4th goal was the result of about 4 Ansley brutal crosschecks in their D zone to free the puck along the boards.
BG rolling with 5 lines at forward, and 6 D tonight.

10 minutes left in the 3rd, BG down 5-2. Evola in goal for the 3rd.
NTDP just took a 5 minute face mask penalty. The feed has been really bad for buffering this period. Have missed a lot of play because of.
Lots of players getting time in positions they normally wouldn't.

BG falls 4-6.
NTDP scored on the first shot on Evola, and then into an empty net with 2 minutes left after Norris fell at the offensive blueline.
Kabanov with 2 goals in the 3rd. The second with 13 seconds left. BG seemed to have controlled most of the 3rd, but I missed probably half the playing time due to buffering. 100mbps internet, and it was buffering a lot.
