CJ Brown is the only player who entered the portal who is not returning, as of now. The rest were in attendance for spring ball.

That’s sad to hear that Brown may be out, I’m assuming he’s being offered a good amount of money not to finish his degree at BG. I do like to see we could be bringing in some reinforcements. Once the portal opens this spring, I hope others decide to hop on.

He has offers from Tulsa and Sam Houston so we'll see how that all shakes out. Not necessarily a leg up when it comes to exposure and quality of competition.

His 4th school in his career. Spent 3 years at Notre Dame, then one at Arizona State, and then was at Missouri last year.

He has 2 years of eligibility remaining. And honestly... he's probably going to be the starter here. Career 61% completions and 29 touchdowns in 25 games played. Far and away our most experienced guy.

24 years old and still has 2 years eligibility. Wow.

2020 COVID year doesn't count towards anyone's eligibility, he has a year where he would quality for a regular redshirt, and he has another year where he qualifies for a medical redshirt.

After he left Arizona State, he transferred back to Notre Dame to finish his degree (admirable) and then hit the portal again as a grad transfer so he could go to Missouri last year. And now he's choosing to be a Falcon.

Pyne told ESPN of his pick: “The opportunity to go play for Eddie George, a returning offensive line that’s strong and experienced. And a program that’s very good, played in three-straight bowl games and can compete for a championship.
