Not that this has to do with anything...
At the Hockey East awards banquet last night they showed us the little film about the Humanitarian award and the Hobey Baker (those who have been to a Frozen Four know the film I mean).
First off, I gave some love to Jordan by clapping for him. The lone person in the room to do so (all the BC people clapped for Eaves, so I figured why not).
Second, they should have let me write the script for Jordan. The third word about him was 'multiple sclerosis'. For everyone else they talked about what he did for his team and junk, but not with Jordan. It annoyed me. It sounded like "He has MS and by the way, he plays goal." Maybe I'm just a homer, but I thought it should have been "He plays goal and by the way, he has MS."

That is EXACTLY how it SHOULD be said and how Jordan would want it said!! Good for you for clapping for him!!!McConvey wrote:Not that this has to do with anything...

GO JORDAN!!
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Grumet-Morris was even lower than Hensick. But he had a hell of a season for Harvard, which all the coaches know, hence the votes.rc_ziggy84 wrote:Why did Hensick make the final ballot when he was nowhere near the top of voting? Typical Michigan hockey...
I was just surprised that so many goalies made it. Four is unbelievable.
So where we at now folks. Four days left.

I'm sure there was some PR done up around the Mich. Tech area. But wow, what a jump!SaxyIrishTenor wrote:Where the HELL did Colin Murphy come from???
