Tix for Cincy and OU...

Post by Falconfreak90 »

Just talked to the BG ticket office and 9/6 at Cincy? Tix are $83 EACH...ticket office said that is what Cincy is selling them to BG for. WTF? Like UC is OSU now?? And OU is NOT PROVIDING BG ANY TICKETS for the 9/27 game in Athens. NONE. Said there will be a BG section but what is with that as well? Looks like I might just catch both on TV at that rate.

Huh.

Secondary market will be your friend for the Cincy game, imagine there will be tickets available in the visitor sections below that insane price.

We can all blame 33 for any OU issues.

Be nice to 33, they just won the MAC for the first time in more than 5 decades. They can charge a premium when a once in two generations event happens.

Surprised you are able to post. Thought you'd still be distraught that 2025 national champion OU was only picked 4th in the MAC

Except that Ohio wasn't picked 4th, Buffalo was (OU was picked 3rd). But predictions mean nothing, we all know it's where you finish that matters. BG was picked 3rd last year and choked vs Miami in its chance to finally get back to Detroit, while Ohio was picked 5th last year and won the MAC by destroying that same Miami team (in a rematch of its only MAC regular season loss) in a ridiculously easy blowout win in the MACC - in a game that was never, ever in doubt. Let's face it, the closest BG will get to tasting a MAC Championship this year will be when they come to Peden Stadium for their annual beating from Ohio when they face the current and defending MAC champs. Ohio has whipped BG in 7 of the last 8 meetings (yawn)....and will beat BG for the 8th time in the last 9 meetings (yawn again....) as BG's MAC title drought will reach a decade-long drought (more yawns...). BG once had its way with Ohio. But those days are in the past, those days are over. BG has been chasing Ohio and looking up at Ohio for the past decade (that's a FACT, not an opinion) and that isn't going to change. BTW - I'm still waiting on you to accept that bet. I'm putting my money where my mouth is. Will you do the same???
GO BG!!!

Correct....BG dominated Ohio until Con Man Kit Hughes came to town. Better than 50% chance that hire of Jinks from him and Kingston will be impossible to overcome long term. Bad hires happen, Top 20 worst hires of the century ruin programs forever. As for Ohio, they aren't good either. They took advantage of a trash division in football that included Kent and Akron, and were better than most of the other trash.

You'll have to catch me up to speed on this bet, not sure you got the right guy. Pretty sure this is the first time you've ever responded to one of my post in your OU33 era
