HELP! Tickets won't print out...

I bought tickets for the Lafayette game at the ticket office. I had them send me an email to access and print the two tickets and a parking pass on my computer. They assured me it would work. It did not. The email told me to click on the link. Instead, there was a web address I had to copy and paste. It sent me to a website, but no ability to find and print tickets. I then tried using my phone. Same problem. I will call the ticket office tomorrow. I am just seeing if this is a problem for others. Thanks!

I called the ticket office this morning. They verified my situation as described above. I will stop by there tomorrow. They will print out my tickets at no cost. Other than the technological glitch, I am happy with their service. They are very congenial both at the office and over the phone.

I'm glad you got it figured out. I wasn't going to be much help, unfortunately. I have them downloaded into my mobile wallet on my phone.

I'm picking up my season tix at the Stroh Thur when I get to BG around 2:30. Maybe I'm getting old but that ticket s**t on the phone can be a nightmare. Just print them for me and I'll pick them up. Heck they won't even mail them to me anymore. lol.
