This might be suprising to some but I've actually never been to a BG Volleyball match. If I don't have any conflicts, I will definitely be there. I can't go 4 years of school without going to a match!!!!!!

McMetz: You won't regret it. Even after I stopped covering the Falcons for The BG News, I would check out the matches. Great stuff!

Back "in the day," the crowds were relatively sparse. Word has it that part of the mission of the new assistant AD is to increase attendance to v-ball games, as well as the program's profile. Head Coach Denise Van De Walle is a legend.

I'd love to see Volleyball become the 'Next Great NCAA game.' It's closely followed during the Summer Olympics, but after that it falls off the map until four years later. This could be big for not only BG but the entire MAC if they could find more people to watch.
