Re: @ Eastern Michigan (11/8)
Game is probably over. BG doesn't have the QB to put a full drive together. Defense has fought hard despite being on the field for most of the game.

Offensive philosophy is still just cowardly. Run, run, pass, punt.

Running A-gap power 20 times a game for a total of 20 yards is quite the scheme. Need to attack the edges. Utter nonsense.

Can’t blame them at this point. 4th QB who has limited snaps and can’t reliably hit targets. Kinda just have to hope a hole breaks on a run to have a shot.

Easy TD on a gassed defense.
Losing to an 0-11 UMass will be the cherry on top to end the season.

I'm very excited to have a different OC next year, and hoping for QB health with it.

Game over. Season over.
Looking forward to the very clever and witty (and not at all gigantic losers) trolls coming out after this one. I'm sure they've been eagerly waiting for this.

Has anyone ever lost to Kent St, Eastern Michigan, and Akron in the same season? That would make quite an impression to be the first.

Man I know Najm is QB4 but you can't be scrambling in a 1:00 drill unless you're certain you can get the first down...total brain farts
I didn't see any of the 3rd quarter, IU/PSU was too good to return to the BG game, but we have got to do something different on offense going forward.

Doesn't matter now. You can play some younger guys to see what you have and then hit the offseason to overhaul the roster. It is devoid of talent at WR and OL.hammb wrote: ↑Sat Nov 08, 2025 9:23 pm Man I know Najm is QB4 but you can't be scrambling in a 1:00 drill unless you're certain you can get the first down...total brain farts

I haven't been to a game since homecoming but I was at our first couple home games and I thought we had enough WR talent to get the ball down field if we could block or throw.
Admittedly haven't watched as closely as the season wore on but I still think better QB/OL play (and offensive philosophy) would make us completely rethink the quality of our pass catchers.
Of course I'll always happily add more talent at WR.

Re: @ Eastern Michigan (11/8)
This program is a dumpster fire right now. The writing was all over the wall that it was headed in this direction after blowing the Kent State game. Some people denied it and didn’t want to admit it, but now you’re seeing the reality of it. BG has locked up another losing season - it’s EIGHTH LOSING SEASON in the last DECADE!!! Get ready for MASS defections after the season too. But hey - at least BG beat Toledo, right. BFD…..BGSUCKS!!!!!
GO BG!!!
