The scratched players hang out in the top row of the northwest corner of the Slate next to the student section during the first period. For the past few home weekends, when there have been 4 scratches on the lineup sheet, there have been 5 players sitting up there. I would speculate that eliminates a number of possibilities leaving only a couple that are likely. I'm interested to see if anything changes when the next semester starts.

I'm guessing Higgins since he's on the roster but wasn't listed as one of the scratches this weekend. Elite Prospects lists him as playing a game this year but I don't recall ever seeing him.

Higgins shows as having been in the lineup for one of the Niagara games, but TOI was 0:00.

Yes, Higgins. There's never been anything really said about him. Was listed as a scratch for the first few games, then remained on the online roster, but not the line chart.

Simanovics wore number 3 for the Niagra series. Higgins was credited with one of the games, probably by Sportslogic (which uses AI, probably only reads numbers).
