Agreed, kdog. I only caught the ends of most of them due to work, but from the glances I caught, that one was tight the whole way, even when MSU went up 8 late in the game, it seemed like UK was gonna have a few punches left. The UNC-Wisconsin game might have been the second best even without the overtime, though the "one team running out to a big lead and the other team roaring back to tie" in the other two games certainly have quite a bit of merit, too. I've never really liked UK, in fact, I've poked plenty of fun their way, but with the g/f and her family being big UK fans and watching them get excited, I kinda wanted to see them pull it out.

That and MSU can go suck an egg. Right Fanatic?

Because I didn't get to see the end of the UK-MSU game, I tossed in my vote for the Illini-Arizona game. I guess it doesn't really matter though, good games are what make March Madness fun! I love upsets and close games!!

Oh, heartache is sure to abound in lexington tongiht. I was certainly hoping UK was going to pull off the win. Strongly feel that Chuch Hayes deserved to play in the final four. Patrick Sparks is just another flyod on a higher level. Hits the big play, and turns around and completely screws up. Maybe next year he wil have it worked out. They had the game in the 1st OT and failed to get it done. Most of the realists didn't think they would make it this far this year. The bench and freshman played quite well. I think the next two years will reveal great things for UK and Tubby.
Personally, I hope that MSU or Illinois lose on Saturday. I don't think I will be that excited in a National, big ten championship.

Yeah I was sad to see my favorite team that is not BG lose today. I think UK will have the best team in the country next season barring transfers. I don't think anyone on that roster is ready for the pros. Of course they make stupid decisions sometimes and go early (marquis estil).

I hope Louisville wins it all actually.

Definetly the WVU game even though they lost, the Illini game comes in a close 2nd place.

I dunno, that 17 point deficit that Illinois came back from was pretty amazing. But then again there was that incredible 3 pointer made by Kentucky. Its a hard call.

I was happy w/ the louisville/west virginia game until wv lost it...I can't believe they let a nice lead go like that...oh well, i guess that's why louisville was a higher seed then wv.

It's a close call for me with the Illini game and the Kentucky game. Does anyone else think that Sparks got fouled on that three point shot? The official was going to call the foul if the shot wasn't going to go in, but once it did, he put his hand down and let it go. If it's a foul, it's a foul, just call it.

I do, but I'm probably a little biased.

Same here. Had they called that a two and not called a foul it would have been an absolutely horrible way for a team to be eliminated. The foul was quite apparent, you could even argue that him being fouled caused him to step on the line (if he did). UK should have won in the first OT. MSU spent the first 2 minutes of OT in shock.
