Jeremy Holland
Jeremy Holland
Hey i just noticed that not to many knew that much about Jeremy. Well i'm from indiana and i know quite a bit so i just thought i'd fill you in. Jeremy is listed at about 6'8 but i'd say he's about 6'[9, he can shoot the three with the best of em and he can get his own shot. He can post up and he knows how to score off of a post up. He has a great knowledge of the game and i'd say he will help BGSU very much next year. He will have an immediate impact for you guys.

Any kid who instinctivly follows his shot and get offensive rebouncs will make an instant impact on this team. God knows we need all of that we can get. Lets get him in here and maybe the rest of the team can learn a thing or two from the rookie

Wow!
Thanks for the info balla25! Its about time somebody keyed us in on Jeremy's skills. Yes, a 6'9 guy who can shoot the 3 and post up and get his own shot, I can hardly contain my excitement. Sounds like the kind of player we've needed for the longest time here.
I wonder if he would make a awesome small forward or if he's mainly a 4. Hey balla25, would you know if Jeremy is really 220 or so? Some people have seen a pic of him from his HS website and think he's a rail. I think 221 or so is fine for a incoming freshman forward, although I'm sure DD would like him to bulk up to mayabye 235 or so. Jeremy sounds like a pretty athletic 6'9 kid. He's probably going to get a very good chance to play alot with Fitch and Montgomery leaving.

Actually i would say he is more than that, probably closer to 235 or 240 now. The picture on the site is from the beginning of his junior year. He would make a great small forward. He actually played gaurd most of the time his junior year usually a 2. But when the new coach came in he started playing the 3 more and 4. He is a great player and a great person. I am from Austin and have seen him play in every game. Nobody could really stop him all year. I think you will be very pleased with what he becomes at BGSU!!
We'd love to have him, but does he like tough coaches

Yeah,
Very nice question to ask BGDrew. We simply can not afford to lose anymore recruits that plainly have talent to other schools and the like. Dakich must figure out a way to stop the bleeding. Dakich needs to loosen up quite a bit and not constantly rail on guys in games for every little mistake or take em' out for for every little error. Freshman will make mistakes and the only way for them to grow out of that is to keep playing while showing the what they did wrong and having them work hard on their problem areas. I don't know how much more I can take of our anemic offense with guys standing around wondering if their next step would be the wrong one.
